I'm voting NO ON PROP 8 and this is why....

I usually don't share my opinion on politics but PROP 8 is close to my heart. Many of my close friends who I love very much are gay/lesbians and they have the right to marry whom ever they want to. I'm voting NO on PROP 8 because I believe that State should not have the right to choose if a person can participate in a religious ceremony. This particular religious ceremony is a thing called MARRIAGE! Religions can have thier own opinions and standards about this topic and that is fine. But it is wrong for the government to make a law against Homosexuals having the ability to marry the person they love.

Saturday October 4, 2008 @ 1 pm my sister Julie married Brent Carroll! They got married at the LDS Chapel in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and then had thier reception at Central Park in Rancho. The ceremy was beautiful and the reception was a party! Its been 2 1/2 years since my wedding day and it seems like it was just the other day me and Jeremy were getting married! Hey Everyone....It's been forever since the last time I posted a blog. So here are some pics from a couple of our last disneyland trips...we usually go twice a week....fun times! Here they are:

RiVeR TiME!!

HI EVERYONE....JUST WANTED TO POST SOME PICS OF OUR MOST RECENT RIVER TRIP. MY FAMILY GOES MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER AND WE HAVE A BLAST! WE GO TO LAUGHNLIN, NV AND STAY @ THE RIVERSIDE HOTEL AND GO TO LAKE MOJAVE EVERY DAY. MY PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS HAVE SEADOOS AND MY UNCLE AND AUNT HAVE A BOAT. WE HAD A BLAST ON TEH LAKE EVERYDAY AND FUN AT NIGHT BACK AT THE HOTEL...ESPECIALLY @ THE ARCADE.....$60 DOLLARS LATER! AHAHAHA! JEREMY PROBABLY HAD MORE FUN THERE THAN THE KIDS! Good times @ Mamas house!

On Friday July 4th everyone got together at my parents house. It was so much fun! (Except the whole part of them not having couches yet because they just got done remodeling their house) so we brought our beach chairs to sit in the living room! GOOD TIMES! My dad and mom cooked awesome bbq food and all we did was eat, laugh, and watch old family videos! When our family gets together...be prepared to laugh! I was so happy because I was able to see my 3 nieces...Kelli, Kara, and Tori. Here are some pictures...too bad I didn't get any of us "camping" out in the living room! =)

Well Jeremy and I met through a friend of mine in February 2005. I made the first move! hehe! Anyways we went on a few dates and from that moment...I knew he was the man I wanted to marry! He was not only a sweet gentleman...he was a cutie!

We got engaged on Dec. 13, 2005:

When we got married, I moved in with Jeremy in Long Beach. We live only a couple blocks from the water. I love where we live. We have been married for over 2 years now and marriage is so much fun and a learning experience that will never end! I love every minute of it!

Jeremy still works at the city as a Computer Programmer/ Application Specialist. His job is very complicated and I still don't understand it all. I graduated from CSUSB in Dec. of 2007 with a BA in Psychology. I am still working at Stater Bros. as a clerk and have just started looking for other jobs. One of out favorite things to do is to walk to the beach and then to Starbucks! =) We love spending time with our families. Jeremy loves riding his motorcylce. He has a Suzuki 750 and rides every weekend. I want to ride but have not gained enough courage...one day I'll be there...we already bought me a jacket that is way cute! I love to shop even though I never buy anything...Jeremy must tell me to spend money! lol But I love to look! I also love spending time with friends and family. We have annual passes to disneyland and love going all the time. We love going to the river every summer and last summer we took a 10 day trip to the east coast with my brother Jeff. Us three went to Washington DC and saw everything. It was a very fun trip...except the part when the airline lost Jeff's suitcase on our way there and he didn't have anything for the first 2 days we were there. We are still deciding on our next trip....maybe NewYork or Florida!
